I've Lost a Signal Box

I recently found a virus on my hard disc. I reformatted the disc and reinstalled everything. All is back and running except for a milk bottle sat in my goods yard.
It says it is "Station~Signal box_NER 01.xml.
I have searched everywhere but cannot find this item.
Unfortunatly I do not have a picture of this item but seem to remember it as a rather dull brick built structure
Does anybody know of this item and where can I download it?

Ive searched for days and could not find it.
I had a feeling it was something to do with Derek but still could not find it.
