I need help with I.O.W.N route.

In my opinion this route is one of the best, but I've a frustrating problem. I can't save my progress. When I hit F2 and answer yes, RS crashes to the desktop and I get the 'microsoft has encountered a problem and needs to close' message. I have a limited knowledge of computers AND RS, but as far as I know there are no additional assets needed for this route. I've deleted and reinstalled twice. I would really love to fix this because as I've said I think it is one of the better routes. Any advice?

I am also having problems with I.O.W.N, still getting missing textures,done all what has been sugested by other users but to no avail,hope someone can help
me to sort it out please,its a great route but its spoilt by having missing textures on most parts of the route,has anyone seen any yachts?
