I was just going to post about that! :D

Now, I have this for RS (and it's now in RW...) and can say that it's a really nice 'short line' kind of affair which has a sort of giant model railway feel to it.

Does Rich Garber ever frequent these parts? It'd be nice to know what's different, if anything, between RS and RW versions...

Hi,

I bought something by this name many months ago, and I have it loaded in RS and RW.
It was not sold by RSDL at the time.

So is it the same, a major update, or what? Anybody have a clue?

Many thanks

That was my first thought also. But it seems that the Foliage Pack from 3dTrains ( look here )is included, so...
Would be fine if RSDerek could confirm that.
read you...

Once again, it comes down to choice. If you don't want to buy it, don't. What is the point in the constant angst?

No, no, no, let's not drag up the Steam issue again. I think the forum has been through it enough. Just saying my days with Steam are over. Now if they make this addon available as a download like the original RS addon's, and not through Steam, I'll happily invest. But please, lets not get into the Steam debate again, was just voicing my stance.

You're right - let's not (even though you did), because it most definately has!

You can still buy this for RS from Just Trains ( boxed or download ) if it is of any interest. Then it is just a matter of transferring it over to RW

...and it works just great, still, although I recall you'll need the 3D trains Rural Landscapes add on, too.

You would still need to have RS installed for this install ( and subsequent transfer ) to work at present as JT don't list it as being compatible ( ie. their installer ) as yet with RW.
