Hi Art,

I don't actually know for sure, but Don did say in an e-mail to me that he had burnt the DVD with 20 Activities plus the ITR.

Don's Routes are usually very popular, so I would expect extra activities to start appearing in the UKTS Library soon after its release.

I'm 61 and experience has taught me to do as I'm told - the long tern benefits are well worth it.

Resistance has to be timed well and carefully rationed!

It took me a long time to get my good lady wife to enjoy watching football, but again worth the wait. Pity the team I support is no longer in the Premier League!

Hopefully the DVD cost will still be £4.40 for a little while yet, as this will allow me to argue that the savings now shouldn't be missed, especially as I want the new Bala too!

Ruf

PS Unfortunately my wife has twigged that I haven't used all the other routes yet, my protestations about planning ahead for retirement are not yet winning the day, but . . . remember the fable of the tortoise and hare!!!

Hi Ian,
Having a good lady can increase funds though.

There is a joke (I dare not post it) with the punch line:-

What miserable so and so gave you 50p?
They all did.

Good Luck
