v12 south devon banks

Post by jrdurgan »

Hi,

This is a question for J griffiths or anyone who may know the answer.

Some time ago I downoladed South Devon Banks v11 for Railworks. Now version 12 is available for download, but it is labled as being for RailSimulator. Will there be a version for RailWorks, or does it matter anymore?

Hi

It's for RailWorks and has been labled wrong, as it is an .rwp file.

loaded it up straight into RW no problems, only had a quick look so far though, but it looks good :D

Agree - loaded into Railworks and tried out a trip to Kingswear - brilliant just like the rest of the route.

Thanks a million Geoff for this.

glad its going well. my mistake labelling it for RS have corrected it...

perhaps I should have made it for RS as then it would have done for both, but had most of it done before I realised it.

Could be old age, I retire next week 65 and enjoying RS/RW/MSTS as an old loco fireman I can keep on 'living'

I suppose I should carry on towards Bristol so we can get some high speed running in...

Does anyone know if it can be converted to RS?

Hi Geoff

Go for it mate :D

We've been promised such a route from justtrains, but no sign yet

I wish you a happy retirement mate, I'm not far behind you :D (52), have you thought about making a step by step guide to route building in your retirement :D it's desperately needed.

Brilliant route.

Respect! Paul

Hi
I seem to be missing the station signs for Brent & Newton Abbot.
Mike.
My posts are my opinion, and should be read as such.

just trying this route out jetgriff, not a big steam fan myself, but it is an absolute pleasure to drive your route. The amount of detail is immense! well done and keep it up :)

I saw on the route update info that this new version includes the South Devon Railway but I don't seem to have it after installing the update??? I can see where the line branches off where the SDR should be but then there is no track after that.

Is that correct or am I missing something??

It’s a mistake, he means the dartmouth railway.
