Railworks wont work next day

Hi all

Just a quick word, install railworks by disk, run game which is very good. Next evening, when I come on, click on PLAY RAILWORKS, nothing happens. Have turned settings down, and still the same thing happens, then I have to install the whole thing again. Can somebody please tell me whats wrong here? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. P4 3.0 XP Home X1950 PRO AGP and 2GB Ram.
I know its not the fastest of computers but hopefully should run it reasonably.

Shut down steam and re-open it, and launch from the steam browser. What happens?

I have the exact system to you other than I use XP Pro, everything works fine on that, runs great.
