These hoppers will most likely be Tim Courts work, however could be Terry's or Mick

as a late edition to the BATS team before everything went awry i'll clear the matter up.

Feel free to edit the textures or .wag's at your own discretion for your own personal use, you will not be able to upload them due to copyright BATS /end owning rights belonging to "Contact Sales" if memory serves me right.

hope this is of some help.

Best Wishes

Mike

Why not contac, Contact sales and ask how much they are willing to release the copyright for.

You are allowed to buy a Copyright in order to change an object. Thats why im suprised no ones bought the licensing and copyrights to half the stuff thats probably got Binned and Burnt. Its a perfectly legal bind and if you never ask you never get. To be honest if it was me id jump on the board and Shove a few notes under Contact Sales nose and say give me the rights, then id re-release everything under a different name but giving credit to all at BATS.

The wagon was made by Terry Thornton.
You are unlikely to get his permission or even be able to contact him.

Exactly who owns the copywrite is unsure.
Most of the BATS team did not get paid so the contract is void and the copywrite probably reverts to the builder.
However Contact Sales bought the rights in good faith.

Can't do any harm asking them what their repaint policy is.
