I checked my CCard just now and it has been charged for RaiWorks by Contact Sales. It was despatched yesterday as they said it would in an email.
I've not known a faster Ccard transaction than this one, however, I think I'd bet that my CCard was charged possibly on Monday and
RW despatched on Wednesday, why, all the transactions I have made on the 'net were not charged in my CCard for 3-5 days.
Another thing worth bearing in mind, this was not UKTS. I had placed my order for RW with Contact Sales a couple of weeks ago but I cancelled it via email,
I asked CSales to return the last page of the RS manual to me, in an email reply I was assured it was cancelled and my details would be destroyed.
The last page was not mentioned.
So, on Sunday June 28th I emailed them requesting my last page of the manual be returned as I now wanted to re-order RW. No reply.
On Monday evening I sent an email and then I got a reply on Tuesday. It stated they had all my details and they would send me RW.
My details were not destroyed. My details - CCard Number specifically could have been looked at them by anyone.

Re: CCard was charged
Its fairly common these days for companies to charge your card as soon as they receive the order, not when they despatch the goods. I suspect thats what happened in your case.

When they accept and receive payment, that's a firm contract between the buyer and the seller to supply the goods. They must supply the goods if they take payment, otherwise it's breach of contract. Its fairly common these days for companies to charge your card as soon as they receive the order, not when they despatch the goods. Yes but if the delivery date is given then it isnt. They can take money in advance of a published release date and thats not breach of contract. When they accept and receive payment, that's a firm contract between the buyer and the seller to supply the goods. They must supply the goods if they take payment, otherwise it's breach of contract.

Ignoring the fact they didn't destroy your details on request.dipper6 wrote: My details were not destroyed. My details - CCard Number specifically could have been looked at them by anyone.
Card numbers being displayed in plain text on the merchants PC is essential if they are using a standard merchant terminal to do the transaction (also fairly standard) as they have to tap the number in for Cardholder Not Present transactions.
