There is a big clue in the picture that suggests that I should ask for the exact location.

However, saying all that, it's nowhere near Carlise. :)

I have no idea what the numbers on the post mean, even if I could read them (welding flash damage) :)

It's certainly 45407, but I'm not sure of the 2nd loco, nor the 'tour'. However, I can confirm the picture was taken in December 2007
