Re: Is this worth getting
Your PC specs are pretty low for RS anyway, so I would recommend getting your PC upgraded (probably better getting a new one) before upgrading to RW.
RW has a more moody atmosphere and new content. It is at the moment no massive advance functionality wise over RS. We will have to see how RW progresses over time with the steam digital distribution management platform. The jury is out considering their verdict.

The value of your investments may go up as well as down.

In addition to this, if RS runs to your satisfaction, then RW definitely will (if it runs - it's been OK for me, but some people are still having issues).

You don't need to worry about RW content availability. Almost all RS content works in RW, and it's likely that most new content, especially payware, will be either RS/RW or for RW only.

Content is on the way, these people are supposedly making stuff for RW in the future: http://www.europeanbahn.co.uk/johncas wrote:Im on my laptop thats that spec your seeing my gaming pc is better spec I don't want to buy RW if not body is going to model anything for it
Oovee.co.uk are still producing and have things on the way
Digital Traction too.
On the other side of the pond overall things seem positive. It will take time, but I am actually quite confident that we'll see more polishing and fixing going on (we had a patch in the first week, maybe small but so many A class games don't do that). As things get patched, features added and content too we'll see more and more start drifting in hopefully.
