Re: WIP thread. Anything new for Railworks.

As everybody seems to be driving and not working so here is another 37 update. Nearly there now!
Is there demand for them to be uploaded one by one or as a package as normal? RPK or drag and drop?
The headlight wont work on it as it will need original files modified.

That looks excellent David, love the weathering. I am sure most wont be able to wait to get their hands on this.

Looking excellent Dave. Would you mind possibly releasing them one-by-one and then maybe release one big pack when they're all finished? It's sad to hear about the headlight not being possible, yet another reason why this no editing default files business is ridiculous and stifles community development. Now it's all up to Derek and co. to add the headlight... Would it be easy enough to release it with the headlight though and we just reinstall it everytime RailWorks updates? I appreciate if you feel this is too much work though.

It isn't like the 47. My eye isn't drawn as quickly to the gaping hole where it should be. I shall see.phat2003uk wrote:Looking excellent Dave. Re: WIP thread. Anything new for Railworks.
Yes please,one by one!
As for the headlight,it had plated over doors where as the RW one hasn't,meaning that it looks more difficult?
http://thegrowlers.fotopic.net/p32994094.html
But would still be nice
http://thegroawlers.fotopic.net/p32994091.html
Here for example you could do it the same as 114 as that does not have plated over doors,so just put it where it is on 114 on 042?
But then again on this shot 042 doesn't have plated over doors :S So do it like this then!

and no,that isn't me,nor is it my site!
Cheers,
Mark

Different ends m'lud! 37042's No.1 End had plated over doors, and doors extant at the No.2 End, as is evident in the photos

That is actually in the original paint. Nothing to do with me.
Thanks for the nice comments all. I shall try and get it out tonight.

Excellent news David, thanks. No doubt it will be featuring in a screenshot or video sometime soon.
