Dont forget to backup and I'm not resposible if anything goes wrong as this is just a message of how I did it on my computer.
Anything new I install has its problems due to my lack of knowledge. However now I finished messing with RW I have it on my E: hard drive instead of C: and have all the routes running, SDB, Wales and Borders, Hayling Island etc. There is a problem with RW lighting being a bit on the dark side for a number of people and the gamma control isn't available. RSDerick knows about this and is going to look into it. Now I can relax and read the notices and get the updates when they occur.

How to move all your RS stuff to RW:
Make a backup of the "steamapps" folder in the C:\program files\Steam folder.
Make sure you have Railsimulator in the windowed mode. (open options at startup and make sure the full screen box is not checked)
Open RS "package creator" in your Start menu Rail Simulator folder.
You will get a window with a tab for "Routes and Scenarios" and "Assets"
Click on the "+" .. Routes checkbox in the "Routes and Scenarios" and it will open the routes folder giving you a list of all the routes and scenarios. Thes routes and scenarios dont have names, they are just a big string of numbers and letters, but they are all the routes except the Kuju default routes. They are also all the scenarios for these routes except for the Kuju default scenarios.
Starting with the first route at the top of the list in the left hand pane, add it to the pane on the right hand side. Go down the list adding routes to the right hand side. I would suggest you do half a dozen or so at a time instead of doing the whole lot in one go.
When you have around six or so in the right hand pane click "Next" and follow instructions to create a RPK file. Rinse and repeat till you have them all. (you may get an "Unhandled exception error" but ignore it, it doesn't seem to bother anything).
Next go to the assets tab and do the same with all the assets, make RPK files of them in groups. You will get all assets except the assets located in the Kuju folder ... and there are a fair number of them that people have made.
When you have finished making all your RPK files open RW and click the "Package Manager" tab. Click the install button, and start installing all the RPK files you made. That will transfer all but the Kuju assets from RS to RW.

How to move RS Kuju assets to RW Kuju assets:
I hope you are brave with some time available
Open up two "Windows Explorer" windows and put them side-by-side.
In the first window navigate to C:\program files\Steam\Steamapps\common\railworks\assets\Kuju\Railsimulator\Railvehicles. In that subdirectory you will see six folders named Couplings, Diesel, Electric, Freight, Passenger and Steam.
In the second window navigate to C:\program files\Railsimulator\assets\Kuju\Railsimulator\Railvehicles. In that subdirectory you will see six folders named Couplings, Diesel, Electric, Freight, Passenger and Steam.
Now to start comparing and transferring!
Start by opening the diesel folder in RS. In this folder you will see all the diesel engine classes you have. Now look in the RW diesel folder and you should see the same. If you have any diesel class folders in RS that are not in RW then copy and paste the applicable folders from RS to the same folder in RW. Thats the easy bit
Now starting with the first diesel class folder in RS, mine is BR294. Open it and check the folders inside. One should be the default that came with Kuju and the rest are reskins. Once more, if there are any diesels in the RS class folder that are not in the equivilent RW class folder then copy and paste the applicable folders from RS to to the same folder in RW.
Not too difficult. Now for the bit thats a bit more involved. Dont be scarred, you have a backup and not only that .. it wont hurt anything if you make a mistake, its just that some scenarios wont work until you fix things.
Start by opening the Default folder in BR294 and you will see more folders. The number of folders will vary from train to train. Whatever the case, keep opening folders in RS and compare them to the same folders in RW and if you spot folders in RS that are not in RW, then copy and paste. Eventually you will come to folders with FILES in them like "br294.bin" and "br294.GeoPcDx" etc. Any FILES in RS that are not in the corresponding RW folder copy and paste. (DO NOT overwrite any files though). The last folders you should see in any trainset are Texture folders. Do the same with the folders, copy and paste any RS files that are not in the RW folder.
Do this with all the class folders in Diesel, Electric, Freight, Passenger and Steam folders. It will take a bit of time, but not too long. In the end your Kuju\Railvehicles folder in RW should be an exact image of the Kuju\Railvehicle folder in RS.

Get rid of any of those Blueprint files in all your newly installed routes and assets and you're set to go.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you have opened Railworks, select a route, preferrably a default route and scenario and start it, click the world icon at the bottom and a panel will open on the left hand side of your game. Open that and click on the blue button with the yellow arrow ... a filter panel will open on the right hand side of the game. Check every unchecked box you can find in that panel. That makes sure all your assets become available to RW.
Thats it!
Good Luck,
