Perth Station.
Has anyone any track diagrams of Perth. I would prefer something during the steam era, but it's not essential.

Re: Perth Station.
The difficulty you will have is that Perth was originally served by several boxes, which closed when the current power box was put in in the 60s. A complete diagram covering the whole of the station, its approaches etc is unlikely to be available although I would be pleased to be proven wrong.
http://www.thesignalbox.org is a mine of information as is its forum "The Blower".

As a resident of Perth I am thrilled by the prospect of a good representation of Perth Station featuring in MSTS. Good luck!

Re: Perth Station.
Further to my previous email, I have located a photo of the panel in the power box, which is much as it remains today.

I wonder if you have considered OS mapping from the period in question? While the trackwork under the canopies would not be shown, it might be a start?

If you visit the above site and then continue to zoom in on Perth, eventually you will find a rather poor quality but still visible representation of Perth General Station along with the trackwork etc in the area. It is fully scrollable and you should be able to get the scale and the date from the site. I reckon you might be able to obtain copies of the appropriate maps or parts of the map from National Museums of Scotland too.

Re: Perth Station.
Thanks for all the help Duncan.
I've actually been to the National Library before to get copies of Couper Angus and Forfar Stations. I can have a run down and see what I can gather, It's a great place, parking's awkward though
