Newcastle to York - What Would You Drive First?

Newcastle to York - What Would You Drive First?
A hypothetical question really, but, if my Newcastle to York route was released tomorrow, what would be the first loco you would drive on it. Would it be the HST or Voyager for a full length blast of the route, a 66 or 47 for a freight working, a 158 for a local run or maybe a Deltic or Steam Train for a railtour.
This isn't a pointless exercise, it helps me collate data for the batch of scenarios which would be included upon release and whether payware stock should be considered. I have only included what would be relevant for the route in the poll, if you want to drive something else, feel free to give reasons why.

Hi Darren mate, it's not really a problem if you include payware because it is so simple to swap out rollingstock with Mike Simpsons tools

I suppose not, but if it was a passenger service, it would need to stick to real life timings as intended. A decent mix would probably be the best idea.

Ha, a shameless plug there Zane
I'd take the NXEC HST for a whirl personally, and if you went down to Kings Cross? Then i'd probably have your babies as well.

Would be intresting in an 08 derek.
Would have to be an HST for me, but then wouldn't mind using the Voyager.
