Does Kuju still do work for RSDL? Do they still have the code and the brains behind it?

I am not a techy so thats the best I can do for asking..

As far as I know the answer is KUJU are no longer connected with RSDL
RSDL are a software developer in their own right

RSDL are probably under a contract to continue the development of Rail Simulator, but via means of their own company name such as Rail Simulator Developments Limited.
