IGA wagons

General discussion about Rail Simulator that doesn't really fit in to any specific category. A good place to start if you're not sure what category it should fit in to as well.

I got the IGA Cargowaggons a few days ago. They're spectacular. I totally recommend them.

Edit: Yes, per Simon's post below, I meant the IWB Cargowaggons. Sorry

Much better to have that dilemma than have vast yards with nothing to fill them with.

I think you probably mean the "IWB" version, as opposed to the IGA Flatbed version which was released today. Glad you are enjoying them!

Exciting news of another (unannounced) PlusPak coming soon :D

What are the hooks and vertical posts for on the sides please? Is it for tarps?

Errrr... mate - it's ROLLING stock, not "Rooling" stock. I thought of installing the Beta of Windows 7, but then thought again, because of the installation stopping in August (I think) and having to re-install everything. Not worth the added hassle of doing all that on my main machine, so will leave Windows 7 until it's well established and the Service Packs are out and I see what others think of it for a while. Saves trouble.

And these wagons, plus their different versions, are spectacular alright. I just love them - apart from the initial trouble I had with the password "reminder" I requested - it was more like a new temporary password, not exactly a reminder of my original password, but it does look quite good with all the info on your account... saves a fair bit of typing :)

Posts are most likely for preventing logs and pipes (and most other stuff) from sliding off the sides :) And the hooks, yes, probably for tarps, to tie the ropes onto. For me, it's just a guess, but probably pretty close to the right answer.

I have just purchased this PlusPak but I have a problem running the Olympic Delivery scenario. After removing the failed engine I try to couple to the train but my loco won't attach to the wagons. Anyone else have this problem? I'm wondering if I'm missing something in RailSim.
