How long?

Post by kstokes »

I sent both and e-mail and a PM yesterday about a problem I was having about CD Ordering ans so far I have not had reply from either. How long does it normally take to get a reply from an e-mail to support or from a PM. I wish to order a CD but I won't until the problem I out kined in the e-mil and PM has been sorted out as I don't wish to be sent and charged for two CD's.

Thank You.

Keith Stokes (User name kstokes).

Unfortunately the support system is currently not importing emails - I was investigating it last night but at midnight I had to go to bed (up at 6 for work) - I will continue investigating this weekend.

Feel free to email or PM me directly with the question and i'll do my best to help.

CD Ordering IS now back working again, it was down for a while after the upgrade.

Can I suggest that a moderator edits out the orginal poster's email address so he doesn't get a wave of spam from any passing spam-bots? :)

To be honest, I'd be patient.

The PM system should be fine as the rest of the forum is working, so I would expect Matt to respond in good time - remember he's got a day job, a family and needs to eat/sleep etc in amongst moving the servers.
