Routes on CD!

Post by MARKKMUFC »

Does anyone know if you can get full railway routes on CD of UK Train Sim instead of dowloading it all? Just like when you buy a route from First Class Simulations e.g East Coast Express GNER London - Peterborough.

Thanks

I might be wrong with the day, Ive tried to check but cant find it anywhere but i think it should be on an e mail you will get. It might be Tuesdays and Fridays, but yes with a following postal wind you ought to get it Wednesday. Its sent ordinary mail 1st class i think. It doesnt need to be signed for.

I expect a Moderator will correct my information if im wrong :(

It's Tuesdays and Fridays.
Mark, your order is in the system! You should have received an e-mail acknowledging the order and you should get one when your order is posted! :D

I would add that I have never had a problem with the Community CDs. They are small enough to fit through the letterbox, and usually arrive the day after the email saying they've been sent.

Oh and also what stations does this include on the route? Does it have any activities/ how many? Does it have any rolling stock included?

Well you havent said which route youve bought :)

But yes the CD's come with the route, a selection of stock appropriate for the area and time era the route is set in, and usually a batch of activities too. How many will depend on what youve bought. Thames Mersey has over 100 activities I think and I believe Dorset Coast had something like 150 activities but they are exceptional routes. Most wont have that many, maybe a dozen or so.

Oh yes I forgot to say the route :D It is the Northwest England 2.1 I think the version is called. Also does the London Euston to Liverpool (Thames Mersey) what stations does this include and can it be joined up with the Northwest England add on?

Thanks
