I might do it, we'll have to see. The list of things to do is long enough already!

I could do it for you, if you give me the shape file you're working with for it?

Since only Doug tried my quiz the answer is that it is a bridge.

The Camlachie burn is directly under the track. It was covered over but the top is so clse it requires re-inforcing.

There are 3 more bridges in the central low level tunnels.

For the moment, Bridgeton station is exactly as it in version 2.

I've not decided yet if I'm going to alter it, except for the platforms which will definitely be changed.

Thanks for the offer :D , but until I decide what to do with Bridgeton (or if someone offers to build a complete station model beforehand), I'll hold off accepting your offer for now.

Can't access the website today so a small pic on here as I had an hour or so spare last night.

Am now working on Langbank station. The platforms are in (changed them as didn't like my original choice), some vegetation and housing are in but this is mainly on the north side, the south side of Langbank needs a lot of work (hence not in pic). This one is going to be one of the more generic stations, but still trying to give it a feel of the real thing. I hope to finish off Langbank either this weekend or next.

After not being able to go out and do what I wanted to today, I did some more on Langbank.
It's almost there now, just need to tweak the platform (instead of being too far away, it's now too close! ) and a few fences. Will put a bit more buildings at the East end of the station and then it's working towards Bishopton.

The train now leaving Langbank is for Glasgow, next stop Bishopton!

Nightmare weekend; after I had finished Langbank and added in some scenery up to the tunnel before Bishopton, it corrupted on me. I couldn't find the problem (I think I accidently deleted something in RE but not sure). So I had to a backup and finish off Langbank again (thankfully I back up often).

Next job now is working up to Bishopton. I'm going to leave a lot of David's default scenery in and just add little bits here and there. By end of next weekend I want to have reached Bishopton station.

Is there anyone who could help with the route?

I've identified an area I know I am going to struggle with and need to know if there's a model maker (or two) who can help?

Derek (sundaypm) is helping me with some of the route's more complex stations (and doing a great job!), but I am struggling with how I can re-do the island stations on the Cathcart circle and Newton lines. (These are all in V2).

If you can help, please drop me a PM.

I'm also taking a short break from the route (see blog). I need rest!

Niall

Progress is to be halted for a short while until I can rescue MSTS files off a computer which died on me last night.
Got someone who is going to look at the drive try to salvage what they can in the next week or so. There's some re-skins for the route on there which I really need to save or it'll mean spending many more hours re-doing them.

HOWEVER, the route IS safe as I made a back-up at the weekend after I put Paisley station in so I won't have lost any recent changes.

And then I have to go out and buy a new damn computer!

Sorry to hear about that Niall.

Best of luck with the saveage, I Had something similar happen to me in october (one of my HDs failed, and i lost pretty much all of my WIP stuff, apart from a few of the pacers). At least you made backups.

Its just a shame you have to go and buy a new PC now :-?
