That will do thanks gents. I have to put my hand up and say I did not notice how big a bump it was when I approved the post this morning. A good reason not to approve posts whilst doing something else as well :oops:

I'm a bit confused, is every post 'approved' before posting? Or just certain ones, if so on what is the critrion?

Since the last forum upgrade new members are on "post approval" for a while until the moderators can be sure they are going to post responsibly. Existing members can be returned to post approval status easily if required.

The existing userbase at the time of the upgrade were all on free posting anyway.
