RSDL Scenario Comp - Your time is up!

General discussion about Rail Simulator that doesn't really fit in to any specific category. A good place to start if you're not sure what category it should fit in to as well.

RSDL Scenario Comp - Your time is up!

Post by pendolinofan »

As the title suggests, post here if you are entering the competition. I was just interested to see what kind of response the competition is getting.

To start, I'm entering!

Cheers

It's a good little competition, but I wouldn't know where to start with scenario creation, so I'm out.

But you never know with these things, you stand just as much chance as anyone else. The only part I struggle with is the inspiration for scenario subject.

If you knew what was currently on my plate, you'd agree when I say that's not gonna happen.

Hi

I have a number of projects to get on with but fresh from the scenario I have just uploaded for The Big Layout, I might just be able to get something done by the 31st December.

Trouble is i got sooo many reskins i couldn't tell what was RS's default stuff and what isn't!? so i would probably disqualify myself for not abiding by the "rules" oh well hoh hum never mind, could i afford though to purchase two more monitors so the matrox would work? No i haven't got a spare £400 or so lying around :( Now if RSDL were to bung in a couple o monitors too, well that would be a prize and a half aye :D

EDIT: Does anyone think that the limitation placed on using default stock is very limiting? I would like to use the 08 shunter and DT's excellent wagons too!

I have an idea for a scenario, but I need to change the properties for a section of the line, add an asset (which I know how to do) and replace a section of line with another type of track from a different route... is this possible?

Is that assuming the members of this one forum who have seen this one topic, are the only users in the world who are entering the competition?
