GWR Collet 2251 0-6-0 tender loco

General discussion about Rail Simulator that doesn't really fit in to any specific category. A good place to start if you're not sure what category it should fit in to as well.

Hi Kevin

Thanks again for a great addition to RS. Your contribution to the sim with this and your other models is tremendous and appreciated by us all.

I wonder what's next on your list?

Regards

The GWR crewmen are a bit rude aren't they? Fancy ignoring the admiring looks from Gladys' crew.

Hi Kev,

First of all thanks a lot for sharing another of your masterpieces with the Community, this 22xx is an absolute Gem.

Not only have you given us working inside valve gear, but I have substituted it for the Black 5 in the 'Christmas Parcels' Scenario on the Bath Route using Kickstart (well it has been snowing) and as I had been admiring your beautiful Loco I realised I was starting to run late, so gave her a bit too much Regulator on one of the Banks approaching Wincanton and she started to slip.

Now nothing much exciting about that I hear you all saying, but in addition to receiving the 'Wheel slip' notice in the F5 'Heads Up' display, I was amazed to see that you have managed to get the Driving wheels to actually slip on the icy track as well.

As far as I'm aware this doesn't happen with any other locos in RS, even the Default Blk 5 & 7F, I believe this is a first, unless anyone else knows better. :-?

Very well done Kev, brilliant and thanks again.
Rob.
