Lord Nelson file ID 20109 question
thanks for uploading this.
the eng file has sounds aliased to a folder BATS_LN in BATS_Common_Sound; not familiar with this one so would be glad to know which BATS product contained Lord Nelson sounds and how to obtain it these days.
Grateful for any guidance. Thanks

Hi
I think that will be the BATS Southern CD, still available I believe as it was published by Aerosoft.
Cheers

Re: Lord Nelson file ID 20109 question
It was actually published by Contact Sales under First Class Simulations - BATS never had any products produced by Aerosoft, SVR was Just Trains and the remainder all CS/FSjbilton wrote:Hi

Re: Lord Nelson file ID 20109 question
thanks guys but...
i already have the Contact-Sales BATS Southern Region CD: while it contains sounds for e.g. N15 and MN, my version certainly has no sounds for LN - not surprising really as no such loco was included!
So still pretty puzzled, and wondering if we've missed something?
I'll check the CD contents again to be sure, but I can't imagine I would have overlooked it originally.

I think Jon may have been suggesting that you aliase the sounds from the N15 included on the Southern Region CD to LN?

Re: Lord Nelson file ID 20109 question
I'd be interested in finding out the answer to this one too. I thought I had all of the BATS released stuff (and some of the non-released stuff too) and I don't have any BATS LN sounds.

Re: Lord Nelson file ID 20109 question
I've just tries to run the LN and it just crashes back to desk top,I think it should probably be aliased to the N or N1 class cab and sound,as BATS never did a LN class loco,it was definatly never on thier Southern disk.
Hope the author of this loco does a patch for this loco,at present it's on shed waiting shopping,or running AI trains.
Michael

Re: Lord Nelson file ID 20109 question
Anyone noticed the Tender wheels do not rotate in MSTS?
Ok in Shape Viewer.
Wheels 1 & 2 also wheels 3 & 4 these require changing to wheels 11 & 12 and 21 & 22 respectively, using Route-Riter uncompress the file DR_SR_LN_850T.s or DR_BR_LN_30850T.s
Start File Shape Manager - Options - Edit: using the Unicode text editor of your choice.
Save the file, compress with Route_Riter.
The tender will now run without flats.
