Raildriver.dll error

Raildriver.dll error

This might have been mentioned some-where else, so if it has feel free to lock this thread, but anyway, when i try to install the raildriver software for rail simulator, it says it can't open Raildriver.dll for writing. Is this a common problem. There is a raildriver.dll in the plugins folder in the Rail simulator folder. It is dated 14/08/08 and it is 57kb. Iam running vista 64 bit, 8gb ram, 1gb ATI radeon garphics card, AMD Phenom triple core processor. Is it a problem with vista 64bit, because it says n/a on the website, does that mean no or don't no. PLEASE HELP ME!
