Unfortunately I dont think you can buy it any longer, although you can pick up one for free if you can visit a UKTS Live roadshow. I believe permissions issues are the reason why it cannot be sold any longer.

As long as we're all sure what the original poster meant by the "Scottish CD" - the Highland Mainline route is also not currently available on CD.... then there's Big Vern's compilation, featuring two of his Scottish routes, which IS available....

thanks for the replies it was the scottish central routes i am after upto dundee or aberdeen if possible, the routes that you have given above does this include the scenery also?, want to make sure it has the forth and tay bridges as well as the station details. sorry for nit getting back sooner was in middlesbrough most of the week.

Scottish Central has the Forth Bridge. It does not go up as far as Dundee though.

Scottish Central is sceniced as Dalgetty Bay and Rosyth.

The trackwork is in place to Dundee and both Glasgow routes via Falkirk and via Shotts.

The CD has been withdrawn due to removal of premission to include some MK2 coaches.
When replacements are available the CD will return.

the route does go up to dundee train station via tay bridge tho there is no scenery for most of the way not long after the forth bridge the tay bridge looks good tho:)

Seriously though, I think Scottish Central is an absolutely splendid route even though there isn't much scenery in it.
The Forth Rail Bridge has been superbly modelled, and brings out probably the most realistic feelings that I've ever experienced in MSTS so far*.
I do only wish it had not been abandoned, as it had the potential to be one of the best community projects on this site if it had been completed, IMHO.

It wasn't abandoned. The author chose to join "Making Tracks" and use the route as the basis for "Scottish Capitals Express".
Available in 20** from making Tracks.

I had a go at a Beta version of Scottish Capital Express a while back and even though it's just the Glasgow-Edinburgh line, it's done to the usual very high standards. And the stock with it... WOW!
If you didn't like the route, you could buy it for the stock alone as you get a lot to play with (as you normally would with a MT route).

One route I really want to see released...

I'm led to believe, apart from the station model at Edinburgh, nothing else is taken from Scottish Central.
And of course the route author has produced the fantastic GE in between.
