Old chestnut I know and I have searched the forum and got 6000+ hits!

Does anyone know of working GWR/BR(WR) semaphores (not kits) in 'OO' please ?

The only RTR semaphore signals I know of are the rarther old Hornby one's.

I think the only way to get relistic OO signals of the semaphore veriety is to kit build.
