where have the dev tools gone?

I recently uninstalled RS and reinstalled it as it was doing funkey things after I upgraded to MK2. my problem is that I cant find where the RS has put the Dev tools instilation file... this is important to me as I need those extra functions.

found them... loged into the RS web site and on the home page scrolled down and there it was on the right... exeedingly un obvious.

Think you have to be logged into RS website as well to see that menu. Easy to get caught out if you delete your IE cookies and history.
