Joining a road to allow passing traffic?

I remember when Mk1 messed up the traffic so it couldnt pass over a joint but here RS Frank says its possoble.

But what ever i do i cant get it to show the boxes????

Anyone else being able to achive this?
Did anyone else know this was possoble????

presumably a road is just another type of "Track"

Hiya, I don't have any problems with that. When I join two of the same sort roads, drives the traffic on both roads.
If you have this:

Then you click on the grey box and then it will be fixed.

Hmm let me geuss somes broken there NDA again?
IF not then i would like to know how to get the box to show up above the road as this is bugging me more than the bug itself.

hi,
one thing i have never bee able to do with roads is to have traffic travel more than 1000m . it simply wouldnt no mater what i did. could join bits of road ant any sor of intersection no trouble and have the traffic go on over the join no problem but come 1000m and it just dissapears.

That sounds like you need to "weld" the roads together, just like you weld track. Try the "weld" tool.
