Problem with MT download

Post by electric »

I just downloaded the desiro pack from MT.

When I try and insall it I get the following

"windows cannot open this folder
The compressed (zipped) folder 'C\Users\Mark\Documents\msts downloads\Trains\MT_BMU3_Setup.zip' is invalid"

Could this be due to an unkown download accelerator or something

I have e-mailed MT but I want as fast a reply and the people on here seem a) Very helpful and b) very knowledgeable
Many thanks

Mark

Sounds to me like a corrupt download, which can (sometimes) be due to a download accelerator not building a working file.

I'd try re-downloading without any accelerators, and see what happens. If not, MT are usually pretty quick to respond in my experience.

Cheers

Hi,

I've just downloaded a copy of this product from the shop (having set up an order much the same as a customer would).
The 1st time the file cut out at 8Mb, but the second time it ran to the end.
I've also checked the copy on the FTP server the actual size should be 28.9 MB (30,361,069 bytes).

Your download must have either corrupted or not finished completely.
If you have run out of downloads contact the MT shop via the support link and we'll reset it for you.
