I have both and like them for diffeent reasons. EuropeanBahn's WCE includes Birmingham New Street and the local Cross-City route centred around it. It's set in the modern era using up-to-date stock - Voyagers, HSTs, EMUs. DAvre Corfield's Thames-Mersey route, on the other hand, depicts not one but two older eras: it comes with a batch file that converts the route to steam era or diesel/electic era and in my view the scenry is more accurate and detailed. It also comes with a staggering 150 activities, many of which are absolutlwey superb!

Horses for courses really - I doubt you'd be disappointed with either.

I haven't got WCE but can certainly vouch for Thames Mersey. Very well put together route, oodles of rolling stock and 150 activities to choose from. Only caveat is that it will bloat your MSTS install and therefore requires Trainstore (supplied on the DVD) to run MSTS.

£21.99 against £4.50, Thames-Mersey wins hands down everytime.

Seriously though, they are both great Routes and it's down to your own personal choice in the end.

TM for me always!

Better price, a whole load more route, more stock, more everything!

And its been designed so cleverly that it will suit all ages of rolling stock.
