Advice Please for installing 2 operation systems

Post by gm071class »

Hi all,

I just bought a new pc (HP M9250f desktop) but it has Vista 64 and my Raildriver wont work with Vista for MSTS1.

Please can somebody advise (maybe step by step if your patient ) how can I also load my XP software in order to have 2 operating systems and I can choose which one to use on boot up?

kind regards

there are no drivers available that i know to allow raildriver to run the Windows Vista

you can duel boot your computer but, but unless you have full versions of both operating systems i,e box versions, if you just have the OEM versions that come preinstalled with either a recovery disk or you where asked to make your own then you will need Partioning software as well (i.e Partion Magic). can be bought on Ebay cheaply

If you are planning to boot both operating system then the oldest one must be installed first Windows XP then Vista
