im buying a new pc,but.................
does anybody know if the old MSTS1 will work on a Vista Ultimate 64bit operating system?
if not,does it work on a Vista 32bit?
which should I get?

It may work on the 64 bit, I'm on Vista Home premium and have nad a few problems but apart from that it seems to work my pc is 32 bit

I am using Vista Ultimate 32bit and except for the usual problems, it is now working well. I would stick to 32bit if you have the choice, there is no real value using 64bit on a home workstation, especially given the driver and application issues you may encounter running 64bit.

If you do a search for "64bit" and restrict it to the MSTS and Vista forum, you'll find threads that confirm that MSTS will run on 64bit Vista.
