I don't usually stop by this part of the forums very often. Maybe this should have been posted on the General MSTS Discussion? I only found out the sad news by a posting on the MT team members forum.

He was a very enthusiastic activity writer, and uploading many of them to UKTS to be enjoyed by others. Getting a good idea for an activity, putting it together, uploading it, then working on another one, and so on. A bit like me a few years back. I haven't actually played any of his activities, but I have heard they were very good. I will have to download and play some of them when I find a bit of spare time.

Very sad news though of his tragic death. Condolesences to his family and friends at this very difficult time.

This is news that no one likes to hear and is a tragic loss to his family, close friends and all who knew him personally. As a member who did not know him, I would like to pass on my deepest condolences.

This community is like one big happy family and to loose someone who has contributed so much to MSTS, will be very sadly missed by all the members. Although we don't often get to know each other personally, we often feel as though we do, through these forums. I have made many friends on here, some I have met personally, others that I havent, but I still feel that I know most of you through the camaradie, that abounds here.

R.I.P. Jamie. You Will Be Sadly Missed.

A tragic loss. Lest we forget - life can be all too brief, so let's do what we can, whilst we may, as Jamie did.

RIP Jamie, and all condolences to family and friends.

I'm just knocked sideways by all this!! For me also he was a great friend and we talked most evenings on MSN, batting activity ideas about!!! I never actually got to meet him and for that my life is all the sadder!!!

My thoughts are with all of his family and friends and to the UKTS community also!

RIP mate, RIP!

As with any sudden loss there is a feeling of, no justice, for those left behind.

Many sympathies to those affected.

This really is a sad loss to the train sim community and harder to understand given Jamies young age.
Forgive me for requesting this if it has been suggested already how about naming a favourite locomotive in memory of Jamie?
My sincere sympathy to all family and friends to those in the community who knew Jamie personally.

Thats what i was thinking maybe someone could make a headboard while someone does an act and even someone could do a reskin of his favorite train/loco.
