Dorset Track Texture

Post by hertford »

Hey, just thought I'd ask; I know there's a way to change the original textures of a route to a different texture, but how? Do you have to copy all of the track texture files, or just the route.trk file?

Just further to that tutorial Jon, if Acleantrack1.ace is the ballast and Acleantrack2.ace is the rails, to add/remove third rail, I will need to modify the Acleantrack2.ace file using TGAtools and Paintshop Pro?

Hi

No 'Acleantrack1.ace' as the only way you can add a third or fourth rail on standard track is to 'paint' it on the sleepers.
However if UK Finescale track is different, which the Dorset route is built with.

Cheers
Jon
