Is this navigable track the Welland?

I'll guess Market Harbororugh

If the navigable waterway is the river Nene, following the course inland from Wisbech in Google Earth, we come to..
Irthlingborough
...which has a church that looks like this - It's a bit far from Oakham though.

It's not the Welland, or Market Harbororugh.
