The MSTS 1 Route Editor can be a beast to use, but it's capable of some amazing results, here you can talk with the wizards that are building some of the fantastic routes available and learn how to make your own.

Not a lot to show as yet but I'll put a few shots up when it starts looking recognisable...

Thanks for the kind comment Chris :)

Small update, I recently changed the ground texture to a much improved one; see the pics below.

UPDATE!

Well not really, but I realised I haven't shown any progress shots for about a month now - exams have meant I've had no time to work on it, and I've not been able to find the motivation for a week or so. However, the below screenshots show the current state of the route, and I will try (honestly) to commit some time towards the long slog of building houses and other things that need creating.

View from the breakwater :)

A couple more stock pieces have been completed, but I'm not at liberty to show pics of them as I have yet to request permission for them. This will be done in due course.

...Yuuuuup, still plugging away at this. Have only just managed to get some progress down due to the fact that I've been lacking motivation for the last month or so, but might be able to get some more done. Real life looks like it's going to be getting busy though.

Only a couple of new buildings to show but important ones nonetheless.

D100's coming on too (albeit slowly). Most of the previous model I showed you Tim was lost by the wonder they call Vista but I've got PSP working now so I'm mapping the textures as I go (will tidy them up at the end too). Will redo the wheels soon and sort out the roof then it's on to the best bit - all the little details. On that note actually, if you've got any pictures with underframe detail it'd be very useful.

I'm sure any news will be posted here. Tim has his own personnal life as well as building the Alderney Railway. And since this topic is 1 year old i doubt any more updates will be posted here.

Uh... the thread may be a year old but the last picture update wasn't.... the last update was the 2nd March 2009...

But i do agree. I'm sure any updates will be posted here when there are some.
