SVR Grand reopening

Post by JonPotter »

Excellent day. Spent a good couple of hours in the engine house, what a good facility!

12 photos including some at night at http://jonpotterphotos.fotopic.net/c1478788.html

Reasonably happy with the results, comments welcomed as always.

Some nice photos there Jon. The view from the Engine House will become a popular location as you have a nice shot of 88. The last few a rather good as well, it's always good to see something a little different.
If the shot of 7812 leaving Highley is the afternoon train then that's me with my head out of the leading droplight!
I had a really good time back on the Valley and it's great to see some good photos of the line in action again.

Regards,

Paul
Please take a look at my photos of steam, buses and diesels etc

Thanks for the comment.

It's the morning train I'm afraid, we had to leave by half 12 so missed a fair bit of the action!
