3D Canvas MSTS Export Problem

Apart from having a distinct lack of understanding of modeling for msts...... :P

First of all by the looks of it Mark has obviously saved the 37 as a 3ds file so you need to import this into 3d Canvas which i can only assume it didnt like, the second thing was is not fully understanding how a model is constructed to work in msts, i thought i did and in reality i didnt a harsh lesson for a 30 year old :)

as you can see form the images below on the left is how it was imported - nothing is in groups etc etc on the right is how it should be to work

Steve - Only one small comment, the wheel groups should be child groups under the appropriate bogie group.
That way, the bogie can turn on corners, keeping the wheels with it.

In 3DC, just use the hierarchy view to drag the yellow wheels* groups into the bogie* groups

now you see thats a strange one Decapod they were with the bogies and when i exported it canvas decided that it should have them there, dont know why, i will try it in the sim tonight again but as far as i aware it worked ok.

Im stuck again, 3D Canvas keeps moving the wheels into the main section of the model and doesnt keep them with the bogies, the animate ok but the bogies dont pivot, so im confused and stuck any ideas suggestions??, many thanks in advance
