My first of the year

Post by decapod »

I didn't release very much last year, I think I managed one Aussie loco.

Hopefully I'll do better this year....

Nice one Paul.
Trouble is, that just when I think my models are starting to look ok, you raise the bar again. :P Ah well back to the drawing board.

That reminds me - I have almost finished your new year present too Frank :)
Still a couple of bugs to fix, but should be ready in a week or 2.

It's a fence panel with wheels...

Seriously, very nice. Got any loads to go with it?

Nice one!!! There certainly is a severe shortage of 6-wheel wagons in the MSTS libraries!!!

The GN had something fairly similar - Plate 205, Page 97 of Tatlow's "Pictorial Record of LNER Wagons".

The Midland also had something a bit like that as well - Plate 279, Page 30 of Essery's 'Illustrated History of Midland Wagons - Vol2"
"Any railway that paints their locomotives such a magnificent shade of red, must be the most superior in the land" (apologies to the late David Jenkinson).

No loads as yet, but it was used by Aveling and Porter, so you can guess what it used to carry. I'm sure someone can mod the scenery items.
