EH2 MK'3 re-paint pack

I tried to re-paint a coach in the EH2 mk3 re-paint pack but when I do using tgatool and I click export to ace + alpha the re-paint dose not save when Ioad up the texture again it has gone back to the origional and not update nothing has saved what am I doing wrong I can save the re-paint as a tga file but when I try to svae it as an ace it wont save

on the right of the TGA tools thing under the ALPHA channel preview, there is a drop down menu

Select: Update Patch #1 or whatever it is along those lines then export and it should be done

and if you are exporting the MK2 Bodysides youn should be exporting as DXT1 and not Alpha - the bodysides do not have an anlpha, just a transparency channel, if you export the bodyside texture as alpha you will get colour distortion if you have retained the shading from the original repaint pack.
