I was just wondering if there is now going to be extra activities for this route as promised by the makers when it was first bought out, also there were supposed to have been some diesels as wwell.
I have checked the makers web site and here regulary and nothing is ever mentioned now.

Re: Cambrian Coast 2
I was wondering that myself, they mentioned October sometime?
I'm hoping they include the DMU cab which was released in v1, as I have not got that, but looks really good. In the meantime, I'll carry on going up and down the route with a growler or two

Hi All
I have just re-checked the 3DTS Site and still no news of the Add Pack for Cambrian 2.
I know all the Activities have been written & the Diesels have been produced from reading the previous various postings so I don't know what is holding up the release from 3DTS.
Perhaps we can get a reply from 3DTS so we all know when to expect the release as it was definitely previously advised it would be in October.
Regards
Mike

Hi Robert
My previous posting was not meant to be offensive so if you took it that way I can only apologise.
I didn't state that "It's all Done and ready to be released" - I only asked for some clarification from 3DTS - I was the first person in Australia to receive Cambrian2 and it was money well spent - I have all the 3DTS products for the UK Routes
I know that all the "Guys at 3DTS have a personal life too" and I wasn't having a "dig" at them as I respect the excellent work they produce in their spare time.
All I am asking for is a little clarification on the Anticipated release date.
Regards

Re: Cambrian Coast 2
Four things have got in the way of the activities pack:
1. Work - recently promoted to senior management, but with nobody to do my old job, I've been working harder than ever.
2. Decorating - almost finished the dining room. New carpet on order!
3. Route building - I know I've got my priorities all wrong, but route building is more fun.
4. Highworth - I'm in the middle of writing and testing the activities for the freeware Highworth route.
So what is the situation with the activities and what's the plan?
Most of the next batch of payware activites have already been written. These take the story up to the end of the GWR in 1947. I've got another 6 to write I think. However, before releasing these, I'm going to write a series of 10 freeware activities on the theme of "Dukedogs over Talerddig". These cover BR and GWR eras. I'll start on them this weekend. Once these are done, I'll crack on with the remaining payware activities and package up the new rolling stock. I still need to make a few loco sounds, but this shouldn't take too long.
Thanks for your patience.
