Re: General User Created Route Screenshots [Large Files]
Thanks for the comments.
About the depth of scenery, I find the view point for KRS is adequate for remaining at a low lever, in Trainz my routes of fully detailed as it's quite easy to move about. In general though when creating urban landscapes it's best to keep the scenery to a minimun in order to have smooth fps. I try as much as possible to cover up empty gaps of scenery though, you can sort of see that in the bridge shot I posted, where there's scenery on either side of the banks.
I haven't yet started making country scenery, or creating landscapes, still in early stages.
At the other end of the yard.

Single track down to the station.

Lovely city scape there Daz, about loading, it does indeed work. Only prob is that it dumps the container onto the running tracks when unloading or loading, my fault really, next time I'll leave plenty of room!
The speed sign, yeah it is a one of the old speed signs, I bent it backwards! It reads 70 mph, I haven't figured out how to change the mph on them yet properly.
Here, last container is loaded onto the flat wagon.

I believe you set the speed for the section of track and the speed signs represent that, but I'm not overly sure - got that from the video KUJU released, which didn't have a commentary so it was a bit hard to understand.harcourtstation wrote:...I haven't figured out how to change the mph on them yet properly...

The superb quality of screen shots at this crazy early stage (the game hasn't even been out a week!) shows that the community is going to be the real strong point of this sim!

I suggest you read "Had Enough" and the posts about ELUAsJsT185 wrote:The superb quality of screen shots at this crazy early stage (the game hasn't even been out a week!) shows that the community is going to be the real strong point of this sim!
Re: General User Created Route Screenshots [Large Files]
Why would anyone want to read those posts when they want to see screenshots ?? Oh and it's EULAs, not ELUAs. Whatever that has got to do with itlateagain wrote:I suggest you read "Had Enough" and the posts about ELUAs
Re: General User Created Route Screenshots [Large Files]
Perhaps you should read them too. If you still can't see the relevance come back and I'll spell it out for you.tcorken wrote:Why would anyone want to read those posts when they want to see screenshots ?? Oh and it's EULAs, not ELUAs. Listen, I'll read what posts I choose to read and I certainly don't intend to be dictated to by you which I should read. You so you don't need to spell anything out for me as I'm really not interested.
