I got the first edition no problem and realising I'd missed the subsequent ones started downloading them. Edition 3 downloaded fine and I tried to save the .pdf for easier viewing. My computer froze. I checked and it had failed to save. Undeterred I set about downloading the latest. It freezes at 2.65Mb every time?
I'm using Acrobat Reader 8.
Any suggestions?
Geoff
Anyone else having trouble downloading TrainSim Magazine?

Hi Colin,
Thank's that works fine. Right Click on the download arrow and select "Save target as" from the drop down menu.
Strange though as I have loads of saved .pdfs and have no problem with them at all from any other source. These aren't even particularly large files. Some .pdfs are massive and they've opened and saved from within reader without any problem.
Still I can now catch up on the magazine.
Great idea BTW. Keep em coming.

I had the same problem, started off all right and then Explorer froze solid and I had to Ctrl-Alt-Del to get out of it.
Eventually used Firefox and downloaded the mags via their 'offline' method and it worked OK. Well worth the effort though, there's some good stuff in there.
Regards
