Rail Express Systems [Collectors Edition]

Post by Backfoot2002 »

After seeing a feature in Rail Express about how RES was started, I gave me an idea to do a "Collectors Edition". My plan to to create the rolling stock that Rail Express Systems used and put them into one pack for use in MSTS.

I started the pack last night and have just about completed the Vans firstly. There will be some 47's, 86's, 08's and a Class 90 included in the pack. To start here are a couple of screenshots showing the wagons. The 47 is the shots is already avaliable from UKTS (47640 leading and 47522 on the rear).

I will update the thread with any progress. Comments welcomed.

Just as a note I have asked all the relevent permission and all authors have agreed to let me repaint the models.

Roller shutter doors don't look right.

PSP Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds does it easily

If it's got buffers it's Chain.

Its just a case of using the right spray in Painshop Pro and fading it out, till it looks correct.
