Which one?

Post by samwhitewick »

Hi all,
I am wondering which simulator i should get? 2004 or X? I have currently got 2002

My PC is:
P4, 1500 MHz,1.48 GHz, 640MB RAM,128 Nvdia graphics card.

I like the look of the one with actual taxing and fueling ( the one where you can see cars whizzing round your airplane)

Any advice appriciated

Sam

Reckon you'd struggle to run FSX on that and certainly with the detail levels set high enough for the dynamic scenery to be visible. :(

Not with the default scenery. Apart from other air traffic I don't believe there is any other dynamic scenery in FS2004.

However, some freeware and most payware airport scenery add-ons have animated airport vehicles.

Gary Summons' UK2000 and Pro series are particularly good if you like that sort of thing.

Fs2004 should be selling at bargain bin prices now.
