Tom, that scene set up certainly looks good.
Actually, if you can find the time I would appreciate some tuition on lighting as I find it very difficult to get any reasonable results with my scenes.
The same also applies to your material settings; the bronze settings on the stuffing box I sent you are very good.

Got a basic lighting setup configured, going to add additional light sources for highlights on reflective surfaces. That'll have to wait though as i'm still sinking in a heap of Uni work.

Found time to fix the lighting, i'm pretty pleased with this setup, the lights and shadows are balanced and soft.

Think i need to move the speed gauge though.

And a cremey coloured interior for those requesting it.

Late Sunday night and I can't sleep!!!
Thought I'd mess with the lubricator again.

Looking great there Andrew, although i wouldn't spend too long on the materials as they'll be lost in transition.

Who, me or Tom?
I am rendering with POV-Ray. Tom, I know, is using 3D MAX so is probably using the MAX render engine???

I've just realized that I have not sent Tom the mesh for the lubricator, I must do that latter. Sorry.
