I never knew narrow gauge locos were capable off 100mph :wink:

It is said that a petrol railcar in South Africa managed 80mph on the 2' gauge, and on the Maine 2' gauge their Forney 0-4-4T and (not strictly Forney) 2-4-4Ts often ran at 60mph.....

Well you see, the Doc has this stuff which i chuck in the boiler at the exact time to hit 88mp... 100mph :wink:

On the RHDR captian howey turned his rolls royce into a 15 inch loco and was rumoured to have traveled at 60MPH along the romney marsh :lol:
