MSTS crashes while loading at 8 bars

Two questions:

Firstly, how does it crash? Does it crash to the desktop, or does it simply stop in the middle of loading?

Secondly, how many routes, stock items and consists do you have installed? If there's quite a few, you may need to start using TrainStore to manage your installation..

Well, you download it from the MSTS Quick Pick menu on the fromt page, install it and make sure you read at least the basics of the readme (which is quite long but very informative. TrainStore's a powerful tool that, used properly, will make your MSTS installtion much more stable and much quicker to load, as it manages your memory by only loading the specific items needed by an activity.

sorry i dont really understand how they say it when i try to load a activity it says

So you're already using TrainStore?

You need to make sure that Trainstore is running as an administrator, as per the advice in the Vista/W7 forum.

.... and you will probably need to set your Train Store folder permissions the same as for your main Train Simulator folder as above Both need Everyone Full Control permissions

yes i have done that and when i select london brighton express thames link service or any activity
when msts comes up the menu you cant click anything
