Chinese Modellers

Reading about Chinese content creators for Second Life, and Chinese gaming for money in various online games, I wonder whether there are already Chinese payware creators in the flight sim scene.

Are there Chinese payware companies, or was it perceived that companies outsource to China (or other countries, for that matter)?
