It's Blue Arrows Princess model from the forthcoming LMS pack so its a payware model, the route is Blue Arrows Severn Valley Railway.
Chairman of Sir Edward Farms Construction/Train Co. relaunched 16th March 2004. Beta testing group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Loco_Works/

Good lordz, puts any model before it to shame. It's fantastic! Really great, a credit to BATS! And oh how brilliantly used in these shots.

I believe its a creation of Tim Court, I had a early version a while back... and thought it superb at the time.
